Every incoming batch of chemical adhesives, backing films (BOPP, PET, Cloth, Paper), release liners, paper cores, and packaging materials must pass our strict Incoming Quality Control (IQC) gate before entering the production floor.

100% Lot Traceability
Every single roll of tape that leaves our facility is printed/labeled with a unique Batch Number (Lot No.). This allows us to trace the final product back to the exact hour of production, the specific coating line machine, the operator on duty, and the precise batch of raw chemical adhesive used.
Non-Conforming Material Control
In the rare event of a deviation, our factory enforces immediate SOP Isolation protocols. Defective materials are tagged with high-visibility red labels, physically moved to a locked quarantine zone, and analyzed for root-cause correction. We never allow sub-standard products to ship.
In-Process Production Quality Control
Continuous Monitoring on the Factory Floor
Our dedicated IPQC inspectors conduct hourly patrols across all manufacturing stages to catch and correct anomalies in real time.
- Coating Stage: Real-time monitoring of adhesive temperature, line speed, and drying oven consistency.
- Slitting & Rewinding Stage: Continuous inspection for edge alignment, tension control (preventing tight or telescoping rolls), and clean cuts.
- Visual Appearance: 100% check for air bubbles, gaps, wrinkles, or contamination inside the rolls.
Final Product Inspection (OQC) & Export Logistics Care
Before any container is sealed for export, our Outgoing Quality Control (OQC) team conducts a comprehensive random sampling audit based on the international AQL 2.5 / 4.0 (Acceptable Quality Limit) standard.
Pre-Shipment Checklist
- Final Verification: Re-testing peel adhesion, total thickness, and roll dimensions against the customer's signed Proforma Invoice (PI).
- Private Label & Barcode Accuracy: Ensuring your custom brands, logos, barcodes, and carton markings are 100% accurate and scannable.
- Heavy-Duty Export Packaging: We pack exclusively in reinforced, 5-layer corrugated export cartons, reinforced with heavy bundling straps.
- Palletization & Waterproofing: Offering optional plastic palletization with multi-layer stretch wrap and moisture-absorbing desiccant packs to protect your cargo during long ocean transits.
- Container Loading Supervision: Photographing and monitoring the loading process to ensure weight distribution is correct and cartons are not crushed by transport staff.
