Incoming Quality Control: Adhesives, films, paper, cloth, aluminum foil, release liners, and paper cores are checked against defined specifications before production.

 

Coating Process Control: Key parameters: adhesive coating weight, uniformity, temperature, drying conditions, line speed, and laminating conditions. Coating consistency directly affects tack, peel, holding power, and removal.

 

Slitting & Rewinding: Finished jumbo rolls are converted to customer specs. Inspection covers width, length, edge quality, roll tension, telescoping, wrinkles, splices, and appearance.

 

Laboratory Performance Testing: Depending on product: initial tack, peel adhesion, holding power, tensile strength, elongation, temperature/humidity resistance, residue, and surface compatibility. We use ASTM/PSTC-based methods.

A:Yes. Yubang publishes customized widths from 8 mm to 1260 mm and lengths from 3 m to 1000 m, subject to the product construction and production requirements.

Q:Can I test the samples before placing a bulk order?

A:Yes. We support sending samples for evaluation before bulk purchasing.

Q:What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?

A:The minimum order quantity varies depending on the type of tape, size, bonding structure, customization requirements and packaging method. Specific details need to be confirmed with the technical team.

Q:How long is the delivery cycle?

A:The delivery cycle depends on the product type, order quantity, raw material supply situation, customization status and production schedule. Standard products can be provided within 7-15 days. Customized products require more time.

Q:Which payment terms do you accept?
